I organized a group of 8 women to come to a group coaching session at the Roaring Women Coaching Coach in Edmonton. The response from the women was incredible. During a 2 hour session, Mandie Crawford feilded one question from each woman in attendance and provided concrete answers and advice. The women were so excited by the event that they did not want to leave when the session was over. It was magical! One of the big things I got out of your information is the goal setting. I have been told that over and over again and have never done that on paper. I want that to be one of my priorities. I did set some mental goals of where I wanted to be today and I have not achieved them, but that is because I didn't do the proper marketing that goes along with those goals. Women Connect with similar challenges

I believe that women need each other to connect with when they own their own business. I don’t mean to cry on each other’s shoulder either. Women can be amazing in business as they network naturally. Mandie Crawford and her coaching coach gave me the opportunity to hear other women with similar challenges. She offers great insight and direct solutions to many challenges we face. In this case, the business owner travelled from Mexico to Canada regularly - and was buying some real estate in Mexico to set up her Reiki healing studio. She currenly had one in Canada that she wanted to maintain as well.

This poses several issues as it relates to keeping clients. A good marketing plan is needed in both areas to help this be a successful venture.

The solutins offered were

ensure you market in advance of arriving in one country or the other via emails and other marketing programs
offer customer appreciation and referral programs
book appointments well in advance
have auto-responer reminders for appointments
partner with other complimentary services to ekeep businesses opne 12 months of the year

In such a moble culture - traveling and spending time in each several different areas will pose special cahllenges. Good planning and incorporating partnerships into your vntures will alleviate 'down' time and lost revenue.
